There is lots of talk about a white man and a black man when it comes to relationships. Is there a difference? Is it the difference in skin tone you find more attractive than the other? Is it a difference in the way they kiss?
After my survey, I noticed that there were a lot of statements like, a white man is better in a relationship and there is definitely a difference between a black man and white man. I've dated both and at first my reason for dating a white man was to try something different. Some say that white men are more of a gentleman than a black man. Is that really true though?
Some say that a black man is more manly than a white man and that he won't walk away from a fight. Those could be fibs or they could be the truth from other’s experiences.
It's not black man vs. white man, its woman vs. girl. All men of any color are only as good as the woman they are with. Some women can say that they have dated both and preferred a white man instead of a black man or vice versa, to each its own. That's your heaven in a cup and that's what you prefer.
I can say that demographics have a lot to do with it though. It's all on how you were raised and if you continue to keep those standards and values that you were raised with. It’s also been said that a black man puts his woman before anything and a white man puts his career before his woman.
It’s been said that a white man only compensates you financially and then they stop emotionally. That goes back to us as women and what we allow. Don't be easy and give him what he wants. Black or white you must make him work for it. Only a strong, willing, patient mature woman can make a man be a man. I can tell you though that it starts from him wanting to take that step. Black or white at the end of the day a man is still a man. As long as he is treating you right that's what matters.
